Remarks: When it comes to parrotfish, most are unsuitable for aquarium, except the quoyi. It stays relatively small and is an algae grazer. It's mostly peaceful but in an inadequately sized aquarium it will become territorial toward fairy wrasses. In the wild this fish likes to graze on algae over intertidal zones during high tide.
