Hassle-Free DOA Guarantee

We understand that corals are delicate and demanding creatures, and sometimes things don't work out the way we intend them in this hobby despite our best efforts. We also understand that shopping for corals online can be stressful (for you and the corals). That's why we now have a Hassle-Free DOA Guarantee:

All corals and fish are guaranteed to arrive alive. If they don't, just send us an email with a quick picture on the same day you receive the coral to support@piecesoftheocean.com. We will issue a credit or put in an order for a replacement. No hoops to jump through! We'll even cover shipping on the replacement if you combine it with another order. (This guarantee is not applicable to in-store pickups.)

Stay-Alive Guarantee

Our commitment to offering the highest quality in corals gives us the confidence that the corals you receive will continue to thrive in your aquarium. If, in the extremely rare occasions that they don't, we offer you this industry-leading guarantee:

All corals are guaranteed to stay alive for 14 days. If they don't, just send us an email within 14 days of receiving your corals. In the email, please include a clear picture of the deceased coral. We will issue a store credit or a replacement in your next order. You only have to pay for shipping. (This guarantee is also not applicable to in-store pickups.)

    We do not offer refund or accept returns on livestock. We do not refund or credit shipping costs. Livestock credit cannot be used for shipping. We do not offer guarantee, refund, or credit on replacements or orders made with a credit.
