POTO DOA & 14-Day Stay-Alive Guarantee Policy 

At Pieces of the Ocean, we are committed to providing the highest-quality corals to our customers. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 14-Day Stay-Alive Guarantee on all corals purchased from our online store. If your coral does not survive during this period, simply email us a photo and we will promptly issue a store credit. Please note that this guarantee does not apply to in-store pickups. 

Our goal is to provide you with the best possible shopping experience and the health and longevity of your coral is our priority.

Please note: Store credits issued under this guarantee are final. Any future orders placed using store credit are subject to standard shipping charges. No additional credits, replacements, refunds, or shipping reimbursements will be provided for the same claim.
